Regal Metal, founded in 1998, is a modern enterprise specializing in the R&D, production and sales of primary magnesium ingots, magnesiumalloys, aluminum alloys, Al-based intermediate alloys, and deeply processed Mg/Al products. The products are mainly used in aircraft, aerospace, automobile, 3C, rail transit and other sectors. After nearly 30 years of development, we have built ourself into a large-scale enterprise with an area of 350,000 square meters, nearly 2,000 employees, and a total designed capacity of more than 600,000 tons, including 30,000 tons of primary magnesium ingots, 100,000 tons of magnesium alloys, 390,000 tons of aluminum alloys, and 80,000 tons of deeply processed Mg/Al alloy products. Upon completion of the subsequent Anhui factory, the capacity can be increased by more than 250,000 tons.

Regal Metal has always been committed to tapping into the global market and established production factories in Shanxi, Shandong and Anhui in China. Up till now, Regal has already established branches in Asia, Europe and North America, and put in place a vast market network with partners around the globe.     VW030 was authenticated by Shanghai Volkswagen.

    AM60B was authenticated by Shanghai General Motors.

  • 2001

    Initial technical innovation.

  • 2002

    Magnesium Alloy is authenticated by Meridian.

  • 2003

    Awarded the title of "Outstanding Supplier" by SAIC.

  • 2006

    Certified with IATF 16949.

  • 2007

    Rare earth magnesium alloy test implemented successfully.

  • 2008

     Second innovation of production line, achieve more than 60% energy saving.

  • 2009

    Passed the alloy sample test by TAKATA Japan.

  • 2010

    ISO 14001 environmental system and REACH certified and became a qualified supplier of Samsung and TWR.

  • 2011

    Successfully developed high temperature rare earth magnesium alloys with excellent creep resistance but low cost, filed patents for them.

  • 2013

    Authenticated by DGS and Autoliv.

    Aluminum alloy was authenticated by Mercedes-Benz.

    Aluminum alloy was authenticated by BMW.

    Certified with ISO 45001 and became a qualified supplier of Magna.

    Binzhou Beihai Regal was established and became a qualified supplier of Brembo.

    Certified by Toyoda Gosei and Le Bélier.

    Provided batch heat treatment - free integrated die casting materials for the head car companies & Guangdong Regal was established. 

     
  • 2021

    Shanxi Industrial Technology Research Institute of Light Metals and New Materials was established and has independently developed high thermal conductivity magnesium alloys.

    Certified as a qualified supplier by a well-known new energy vehicle manufacturer in China; carry out carbon footprint verification to push towards the goals of carbon dioxide peaking and carbon neutrality.

In order to create a more comfortable environment, take measures of energy saving and emission reduction, and carry out comprehensive utilization of resources, the whole factory meets the national environmental protection requirements of no emission of dust and exhaust gas.
